Krystyn Chong : Gamer girl, music and ohhh a lot more. Her effervescent personality just makes it dropping by twitter to say hi.

Demiwood : According to her bio social media mistress, ex journo, confused Samba dancer, Formula one fan, throw myself off buildings for fun. After reading that how can you not click on the follow button! We have fun chats where she holds her own on movie trivia.

Mizhalle : lets see, wild n crazy but I have to warn you she is like a ball of energy high on caffeine.

Reii_ : A fun lady to have a no topic chat when she pops online *wink*

During a twitter conversation with my good pal @Wolfgang_ we were discussing the merits of Lieutenant Gene Hunt from Life on Mars. So I said he had a mancrush on Gene Hunt. This had him wondering if I was questioning his manhood.
So during a recent TweetUp we delved deeper into the nuances of his mancrush. But wait! What is a mancrush? Thanks to the Interwebs we have our answer.
UrbanDictionary sez :
Man Crush
When a straight man has a “crush” on another man, not sexual but kind of idolizing him.
Now that we have a definition we need examples!
A guy can have a mancrush on Sean Connery (the Original James Bond!)
A guy cannot have a mancrush on Orlando Bloom (Legolas from Lord Of The Rings)
That seems clear enough based on the resounding cheers from the fellow TweetUp group.

Now not to be confused with just muscle bound he-men like Vin Deisel & Mark Whalberg there is also Charlton Heston, Yul Brynner, Al Pacino & Robert Redford.

What did we learn? It is ok to have a mancrush, just don’t say you want to run your fingers along his shoulders and stare into his eyes. ;p

A few days ago I was surprised that Giving Face had a different meaning to what I knew it to be. A little background here folks . I was twittering with @demiwood and I joked that she was not Giving Face to me for not adding me to her Facebook friends. Being the lovely lady that she is she found an innuendo in my post (on of the reasons I enjoy twittering with the Lady Wood).
Traditionally to ‘Giving Face’ when used in Asian context it means ‘To Honour’ or ‘Give Respect’. What I was surprised to find out ‘Giving Face’ mean to perform oral sex.
OMG!! I did NOT mean that! Luckily I hope she did not think I meant that.
So learn from this folks, ‘Giving Face’ is not just an honour thing!
